The Practical laboratory meeting and final gathering FOR-EMC takes place in SIQ, Ljubljana, Slovenia 4. - 5. November 2004. The meeting place is Kokra Hotel.

In order to make the procedure of attendance confirmation and hotel booking as simple as possible please fill a single application form (attached) and send it to SIQ up to 16th of October 2004

The rooms are under a group booking for SIQ, please use attached application form for booking the rooms and send it to SIQ only. Prices are 65 EUR for a single room including breakfast or 102 EUR for any double rooms required including breakfast.

All bookings must be made by 16th of October, otherwise a room will not be guaranteed!

All rooms have direct dial telephone, EURO-ISDN connection for internet and fax, TV, mini bar and a bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant and bar.

Transportation:

It is strongly recommended to apply for a taxi reservation in the attached application form. In this case the fee from the airport to the hotel is ~10 EUR. If you pick the taxi at airport the fee is ~15 EUR. The distance is about 10km.
